103.75 - Seventy-Fourth Ward. The boundaries of the Seventy-Fourth Ward are hereby established to include the following territory: Beginning at the point of intersection of the Dublin-Worthington School District boundary and I-270 which is just west of Picket Lane; thence north on said school district line to Hard Road, thence west following the centerline of Hard Road and said school district line to where said boundary goes north, thence northerly and easterly on said school district boundary and also being the centerline of Seddon Drive to Olde Sawmill Boulevard, thence northwesterly on the centerline of Olde Sawmill Boulevard to the intersection of Simfield Road, thence leaving Simfield Road at Severhill Road to the east and then north following the school district boundary to Summitview Road, thence east on the centerline of Summitview Road to Smokey Row Road, thence north on the centerline of Smokey Row Road to the Columbus Corporation-Delaware County boundary line, thence west on said boundary to the Columbus Corporation-Perry Township boundary, thence south, west, south, west on said boundary to the east right of way of Sawmill Road, thence south on said right of way crossing Summitview Road to a point, thence east, north, crossing Summitview Road, thence east on the north right of way, thence north, east, south leaving Summitview and returning, thence east a short distance, thence south, crossing Summitview Road, thence west in an irregular path following the corporation line, thence south and west to the east right of way of Sawmill Road, thence south on said right of way to I-270, thence east on I-270 to a point, thence north crossing Billingsley Road, then east, south returning to I-270, thence continuing east on I-270 to the place of the beginning, and shall also include that territory annexed to the city of Columbus by Ordinance No. 2979-85, passed on January 13, 1986, Ordinance No. 2620-86, passed on October 27, 1986, Ordinance No. 2876-88, passed on December 19, 1988.
