20.10.310 - Liquefied petroleum storage and dispensing. Liquefied petroleum gas, storage and dispensing as a commercial operation. Special permits for such may be issued only upon recommendation of the fire chief and are subject to revocation at any time upon recommendation of the fire chief or upon finding by the city council that the operation is no longer in the public interest.
