Sec. 656.801. - General. No structure, establishment or premises shall be occupied, used or maintained for the purpose of the retail sale, service or consumption of alcoholic beverages except in conformity with this Part and, in addition, with all other provisions applicable thereto in the Zoning Code, the laws of the State and the rules and regulations of the State Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
