§ 32-347. - Expiration of privilege. (a) All privileges granted herein shall expire April 30 of each year. (b) Applicants, in order to retain reserved parking spaces, shall file an application for renewal alleging no change of condition, need or status not later than April 5 of each year. (c) Should the secretary of the Commission find no change in the condition, need or status of the applicant, he/she shall grant the renewal without further Commission or City Council action.
