§ 57-37. - Oil well waste; saltwater. No person shall permit or cause any waste matter from oil or oil wells, or any saltwater or other substance of any nature that would pollute the water of said reservoirs, to flow across, over or under any land in said water district in such a manner that said waste matter, saltwater or other substance will flow into said reservoirs, or into any watercourse or drain that empties into said reservoirs.
