Sec. 28-152. - Previously existing facilities. (a) A correctional facility that is operating on March 22, 2018, shall come into full compliance with this article by October 1, 2019. (b) An alternate housing facility that is operating under approval of the TDCJ on March 22, 2018, shall come into full compliance with this article by October 1, 2019. (Ord. No. 2018-227, § 2(Exh.
