SEC. 24-6. SAME - NOTICE TO BE GIVEN BY DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC HEALTH. It is hereby made the duty of the director of public health of the city, whenever he finds that there is any contagious or infectious disease in any house in the city, to at once give written notice of this fact to the librarian of the public library.
