§ 7-607 De Minimis Schedule Changes. A schedule change of 15 minutes or less is de minimis if neither the start time nor the end time changes by more than 15 minutes. An employer making only a de minimis schedule change is not required to comply with the consent requirements of § 20-1221 or 20-1231, the schedule change premium requirements of § 20-1222, or the schedule change provisions of § 20-1251(a).
