Sec. 672-102. - General discharge prohibitions. It shall be unlawful to discharge or cause or allow discharge to any storm sewer natural outlet or watercourse within the city any wastewater or other polluted waters or hazardous materials, except where suitable treatment has been provided in accordance with regulations adopted by CWA Authority and other applicable federal, state and local law.
