12.56.080: PROCEDURE FOR LEAVING VEHICLE UNATTENDED: A. No driver or person in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to stand unattended while such vehicle is running. B. No driver or person in charge of a motor vehicle shall permit it to stand unattended upon any perceptible grade, without effectively setting the brakes of such vehicle and turning the front wheels to the curb or side of the street.
