Sec. 131-427. - User fee review. At such time as deemed appropriate by the director and taking into account the annual accounting information provided for in section 261-503, the director shall cause a financial study to be performed to determine the costs associated with the stormwater system in the district and shall recommend to the board and the city-county council any necessary adjustments to the stormwater user fee. Any change to the stormwater user fee shall be effective only after approval of both the board and city-county council. (G.O. 43, 2014, § 1)
