Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 2-118
in effect§ 2-118. - Inspections and inspection fees.
(a) Inspection fees and re-inspection fees for inspections performed during regular working days are established pursuant to this Code and Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees.
(b) The City Engineer may permit inspections and re-inspections on weekends and City holidays. Inspection fees and re-inspection fees for inspections performed on weekends and City holidays are established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees and are in addition to any inspection or re-inspection fees paid for regular working days.
(c) The Field Services Superintendent must receive a written request for an inspection or re-inspection on a weekend or City holiday at least two working days prior to the day of the inspection or re-inspection. Approval of a weekend or City holiday inspection or re-inspection request is subject to prior payment of a weekend and City holiday work permit, the availability of an appropriate inspector, and the discretion of the City Engineer or designee. Weekend and City holiday inspection permits must be obtained during regular working days.
