22.3. Eligibility of police commissioners No person shall serve as a police commissioner who has an immediate relative employed by the Rutland City Police Department. Immediate relative shall include spouse, children, stepchildren, parents, stepparents, brothers, sisters, mother-in-law, father-in-law, and other relatives who are actual members of the person’s household.
