§ 26-12. - Renewal of license. Unless specific requirements are set forth in a particular article, licenses issued may be renewed annually upon filing of a renewal application and payment of license fee without the preliminary investigation and statements of compliance required by this article, provided that the applicant, the specific occupation, trade, profession or activity, and the location where it is carried on are the same as originally licensed. Otherwise, the application for renewal shall be subject to all the requirements pertaining to original licenses. (Code 1970, § 9-3; Ord. No. 17902, § 2(9-3), 10-30-84; Code 1980, § 26-11)
