SEC. 2-81. FILING CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY. Any person wishing to file a claim against the city shall file the claim with the office of risk management in compliance with the form requirements and six- month notice requirements set forth in Sections 1, 2, and 3, Chapter XXIII of the city charter.
