A smoke detector shall be provided and installed in good working order by the owner of the hotel/motel, residential structure, or single-family dwelling. The smoke detector shall be maintained in good working order by the owner(s) of the hotel/motel and by the owners or occupants of the residential structure or single-family dwelling. (Ord.
