Sec. 38-124. - Unlawful sale of certain weapons. (a) Unlawful sale of certain weapons. It shall be unlawful for any person, except for a law enforcement officer acting pursuant to their official capacity, to sell the following weapons: (1) Any illegal knife; (2) Any incendiary or explosive device, except fireworks as permitted in C.R.S. § 24-33.5-2002, as amended; or (3) Any non-serialized firearm. (b) Unlawful to sell weapons to intoxicated customers. It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, loan, or furnish any weapon to any person under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or any illegal drug. (Ord. No. 1493-21, § 4, 1-3-22)
