in effectSec. 33-471. - Location.
Stables for housing of equine and carriages shall be at locations approved by the director of code compliance or public works, shall be situated in areas properly zoned for such use, and shall be no less than one hundred (100) feet from any dwelling. Such facilities shall conform to all health and sanitation regulations and shall be open for inspection by the director and the director of animal care services and their designees at all reasonable times, with or without prior notice.
