2101.59 - Shared Mobility Device Vendors. "Shared mobility device vendors" means an entity approved by the Director of Public Service, or designee, to use/occupy the public right-of-way for offering mobility devices, such as a bicycle, a scooter, or electric bike or any other mobility device as determined by the Director of Public Service, to subscribers on a fee basis subscription.
