Sec. 29-125. - Water and sewer regulations and standards. Water and sanitary sewer providers shall work to provide a connection service point beyond the pavement to all commercial and residential tracts in their service area as streets are constructed either by connection or conduit, for existing development. Technical standards for water and sanitary sewer are defined in the UECM. (Ord. No. 93319, § 1, 1-25-01)
