Sec. 15-191. - Application for a license. Every owner or operator desiring a license to operate a public or semipublic swimming pool within the City of San Antonio, Texas shall deliver a written application to the health director stating the name and address of the applicant and the location of the premises where such swimming pool is located. The applications shall be made on forms prescribed by the health director. (Ord. No. 94266, § 4, 8-2-01)
