§52.5302 Definitions Days means workdays not including weekends and holidays. Illegal motor vehicle speed contest or illegal exhibition of speed means any speed contest or exhibition of speed referred to in California Vehicle Code sections 23109(a) and 23109(c). Immediate family means father, mother, sister, or brother. Legal owner means a person holding a security interest in a vehicle referred to in California Vehicle Code section 370. Registered owner means a person registered by the Department of Motor Vehicles as the owner of a vehicle referred to in California Vehicle Code section 505.
