Nothing contained in this Article shall be deemed to repeal, amend, be in (a) lieu of, replace or in any way affect any requirements for any license or permit required by, under or by virtue of any provision of any other chapter or article of this Code or any other ordinance or resolution of the City, nor be deemed to repeal, amend, be in lieu of, replace or in any way affect any tax, fee or other charge imposed, assessed or required by, under or by virtue of any other chapter or article of this Code or any other ordinance or resolution of the City.
Persons may not lawfully engage in Cannabis Business to be taxed by this (b) Article without first obtaining any permit, certificate, license or other evidence of permission to engage in Cannabis Business required by the City and any license required to engage in Cannabis Business by the State of California.
