10.26.020 - Defrauding taxicabs. It shall be unlawful for any person to refuse to pay the legal fare of any taxicab after hiring the same, and it shall be unlawful for any person to hire any taxicab with the intent to defraud the person from whom the same is hired of the value of such services.
