Sec. 6-213. - Marijuana testing facility licenses. (a) Location restriction. No medical or retail marijuana testing facility license shall be issued within any zone district where, at the time of application, "laboratory, research, development, and technological services" is not permitted by the Denver Zoning Code or former chapter 59.
