Sec. 22.1421. Transferred Resources, Rules, and Regulations. (a) The budgetary and grant resources, assets, and personnel of the Department of Aging, Community Investment for Families Department, Economic and Workforce Development Department, and Youth Development Department are hereby transferred to the Department, consistent with adopted instructions. (b) Rules and regulations previously authorized and adopted by any predecessor department, and operative on the effective date of this chapter with respect to existing City programs, activities, and services, shall remain in full force and effect until further action or order.
