The last ordinance included in this code was Ordinance 8288, passed on February 26, 1985. Ordinances 8289 through 8770 which were passed subsequent to Ordinance 8288, but prior to the adoption of this code, are adopted and made a part of this code. Any ordinance which was adopted prior to the adoption of this code and which is in effect at the date of adoption of this code, but which was not printed in this code, either by design or mistake, shall not deemed to be repealed by the adoption of this code and shall remain in effect until further amended or repealed.
