"Other food manufacturing" means a facility not otherwise defined as an animal food manufacturing facility, beverage product manufacturing facility, bread and bakery product manufacturing facility, brewery, dairy product processing facility, seafood product preparation facility, or a sugar and confectionary product manufacturing facility.
