Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 401-101 False reports of crime.

Sec. 401-101. - False reports of crime. It shall be unlawful for any person to willfully report in any manner to the police or other public authorities, or report to other persons, the commission of any act or acts constituting a violation of this Code, knowing the report to be false. (Code 1975, § 20-1)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 401-102 Questioning of suspicious persons.

Sec. 401-102. - Questioning of suspicious persons. When a law enforcement officer, after having identified himself as such, reasonably infers, from the observation of unusual conduct under the circumstances and in light of his experience, that criminal activity has been, is being, or is about to be committed by any person observed in a public place, such officer may stop such person and shall make reasonable inquiries concerning the name and address of such person. Should any person fail or refuse to so account, such conduct shall be unlawful. (Code 1975, § 20-10)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 401-103 Rag and paper collecting.

Sec. 401-103. - Rag and paper collecting. No person shall engage in the occupation of paper or rag collecting or general junking on foot, or by handcart, automobile or other vehicle, before the hour of 7:30 a.m. or after the hour of 5:30 p.m., except in the area of the city bounded on the north by North Street, on the south by South Street, on the east by East Street, and on the west by West Street; provided, however, no paper or rag collecting shall be permitted at any time of the day or night on Sundays or legal holidays. (Code 1975, § 20-11)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 401-104 Unlawful use of police radio messages.

Sec. 401-104. - Unlawful use of police radio messages. It shall be unlawful for any person, whether engaged in the automobile-wrecking business or otherwise, who is not lawfully entitled to do so, to use, directly or indirectly, any police information received over any radio receiving set for his own benefit, or to aid or abet anyone else in the perpetration or planning of any crime; or to give, directly or indirectly, any information derived therefrom to any fugitive from law enforcement officers. (Code 1975, § 20-14)

Indianapolis-Marion County Revised Code § 401-105 Wearing masks or personal disguises.

Sec. 401-105. - Wearing masks or personal disguises. It shall be unlawful for any person to wear any mask, false whiskers, or any personal disguise (whether complete or partial) for the purpose of: (a) Evading or escaping discovery, recognition or identification in the commission of any public offense; or (b) Concealment, flight or escape, when charged with, arrested for or convicted of any public offense. (Code 1975, § 20-20)
