§ 12-1104. Restrictions Upon Use of Streets by Certain Vehicles. (1) When the Department erects signs giving appropriate notice, no person shall operate a motor-driven cycle or a bicycle, horse-drawn vehicle or other non-motorized traffic upon any street.
