Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-67 Aviation fuel regulation.

§ 10-67. - Aviation fuel regulation. The Director is specifically empowered to issue necessary rules and regulations governing the installation and storage of all types of aviation fuel, and the dispensing, handling and accounting for aviation fuel at all airports within the Department. Prior to, during, and subsequent to the handling of aviation fuels, including storage, dispensing, and defueling, all proper procedures shall be observed and all equipment operated in strict compliance with the rules and regulations issued by the Director relative to that equipment. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-68 Storage of flammables.

§ 10-68. - Storage of flammables. No person shall keep or store any flammable liquids, gases, oil, oil wastes, flares, paints or other similar materials in the hangars or in any building within any airport, except in the manner approved by the Director. (Code 1970, § 4-21; Code 1980, § 10-68)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-69 Smoking.

§ 10-69. - Smoking. No person shall smoke on any aircraft loading ramp, in the hangar or shop, service area, gasoline storage area or in any building, room or area within the airports proper where smoking is specifically prohibited and signs are posted and in places so indicating. (Code 1970, § 4-22; Code 1980, § 10-69)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-70 Waste disposal.

§ 10-70. - Waste disposal. No person shall dispose of garbage, papers, refuse, trash or any other waste or hazardous materials within the boundary of any airport in the Department except in the receptacles and facilities provided for that purpose. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-71 Waste material storage.

§ 10-71. - Waste material storage. Tenants and lessees occupying property shall provide suitable metal receptacles with covers for the storage of rubbish, trash, and waste material. The covers shall be kept in place on the receptacles at all times when not in use for depositing or emptying waste. (Code 1970, § 4-24; Code 1980, § 10-71)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-72 Waste removal service.

§ 10-72. - Waste removal service. (a) Director to approve waste removal services. The Director may establish and maintain or may approve in writing a waste removal service for the purpose of emptying the waste receptacles provided and safely disposing of the waste material. (b) Cost to be charged to lessee using services. The fees for service shall be charged to the tenant or lessee using the service and shall be in the amount authorized by the Council under terms of valid contract or by Council resolution. (c) Lessee responsible for disposing waste off of airport premises. This permissive authority shall not relieve any tenant or lessee from the obligation of disposing of its own wastes off of airport premises. (Code 1970, § 4-25; Code 1980, § 10-72)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-73 Fire apparatus.

§ 10-73. - Fire apparatus. All tenants and lessees shall supply and maintain adequate and readily accessible fire extinguishers approved by Underwriters' Laboratories for the particular hazard involved in the leased areas or areas under their control as may be recommended by the Fire Marshal. All fire apparatus shall be maintained in first class and operable condition. (Code 1970, § 4-26; Code 1980, § 10-73)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-74 Application of City Fire Code.

§ 10-74. - Application of City Fire Code. All provisions in this chapter regulating the storage, use, transfer, delivery, or any other handling of aircraft fuels and all other flammable liquids at any airport in the Department shall be cumulative and supplementary to the applicable rules and regulations pertaining to flammable liquids as set forth in the City's Fire Prevention Code. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 10-75 Application of environmental laws and regulations.

§ 10-75. - Application of environmental laws and regulations. All applicable environmental laws and regulations of the Federal government, the State and the City shall also govern the commercial and industrial activities on the properties of the City within the Department.
