338.2209. Publication and distribution of public act and rules; fee. Sec. 9. The department may charge a fee for the publication and distribution of the public act from which a board's authority is derived and the rules promulgated under that act. The fee shall be $2.00 or the cost of the publication, whichever is greater. 1979, Act 152, Eff. Jan. 1, 1980; Am. 1988, Act 461, Eff.
