597.18 - Transfer of an Alarm Dealer License No Alarm Dealer License shall be transferred from one (1) alarm dealer to another. If at any time the license holder chooses to no longer operate an alarm dealer or upon sale of the company from one entity to another, the Alarm Dealer License shall revert back to the City of Columbus.
