§68.0165 Unlawful to Use Airport After Use Denied It shall be a misdemeanor for any person to land an aircraft on or takeoff an aircraft from the Airport or lease or rent space (including tie–down) for aircraft at the Airport after the use of the Airport has been denied in accordance with the provision of Section 68.0164.
