San Diego Municipal Code § 68.0150
in effect§68.0150 Agricultural Aircraft
No person shall cause any aircraft which is intended to be used during its flight after takeoff for agricultural purposes including, but not limited to, crop dusting and insect spraying, to takeoff from an airport without express permission from the Director.
