1.17.280 - Judicial review of administrative citation appeal ruling. Once the Administrative Hearing Officer's written decision becomes final as provided in this chapter, the time in which judicial review of the order must be sought shall be governed by California Government Code § 53069.4, as that section may be amended from time to time, or the successor provision thereto.
