§ 60-20-24. - Excepted entities. (a) Public schools, as defined by state statute, shall not be assessed an inspection fee for periodic inspections conducted by the Fire Marshal. (b) Buildings owned by the City of Oklahoma City shall not be assessed an inspection fee for periodic inspections conducted by the Fire Marshal. The City incurs processing costs when accepting payments made by credit and debit cards. Therefore, a Service Fee of 2.7 percent of the fee shall be added to the costs set forth in this Section 60-20-24 if payment is made with a credit or debit card. (Ord. No. 27707, § 12, 10-8-24; Ord.
