Sec. 29-164. - Relocation facilities for city. In the event the city finds it necessary to move a ROW user's equipment to protect it, city shall notify the local representative of the ROW user. ROW user shall promptly move or facilitate the relocation of the subject facilities at ROW user's expense. (Ord. No. 93319, § 1, 1-25-01)
