Sec. 536-Payment of fees; determination of floor area. (a) Fees required for activities regulated by this chapter shall be collected by the administrator as assigned by the deputy director of the division of construction and business services and are specified in the following sections. (b) For fees that are calculated on the basis of floor area, floor area shall be determined on the basis of exterior dimensions. (G.O. 63, 2009, § 28; G.O. 41, 2016, § 2)
