Sec. 9-112. - Department property. Identification badges issued under this division shall be and remain the property of the department and may only be used in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Upon lawful request, any person holding a security identification badge shall immediately surrender the badge to the aviation official. (Ord. No. 02-1184, § 1(Exh. A), 12-18-02)
