4.12.180 - Accounts with public funds. No City department, court or agency shall open or maintain any bank account where public funds are on deposit unless authorized by the Director of Finance or City Treasurer. Accounts with public funds on deposit must bear the signature of the City Manager, Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance or City Treasurer. (Ord. No. 6241, § 5, 3-20-13; Ord. 3653 § 15, 1992)
