Sec. 8-12-3. - Badges, uniforms and police power of shelter officers. The animal shelter officers and assistants shall wear badges and uniforms designating them as shelter employees. Shelter officers shall have the necessary police powers for the enforcement of this title and the penal laws of the state regulating the keeping, care and impounding of animals.
