Sec. 951-305. - Transfer prohibited; notification required. (a) A license issued under this article may not be transferred by the licensee or the license administrator to any other person. (b) A licensee shall notify the license administrator in writing of the dates and locations that the sale of regulated flea market items will occur in advance of such sale. (G.O. 45, 2012, § 1)
