16.32.380 - Finding and declaration. As required by the Health and Safety Code of the State of California, the City Council finds and declares that the foregoing additions, modifications and changes to the regulations adopted pursuant to said Health and Safety Code are reasonably necessary because of local conditions and are consistent with a comprehensive fire prevention program for the City.
