§ 5-6-4 - ASSURANCE FORM TO BE SUBMITTED BY APPLICANTS FOR CONTRACTUAL FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE. An applicant for contractual financial assistance from the City shall submit an assurance, on a form specified by the director, that the program will be operated in compliance with this chapter.
