in effect101-1. Title and Adoption of State Laws.
1. TITLE. Chapter 101 shall be known and may be referred to and cited as The Milwaukee Traffic Code.
2. ADOPTION OF STATE LAWS. The city of Milwaukee adopts s. 23.33 and chs. 340, 341, 342, 343, subch. 6 of ch. 344, 345, 346, 347, 348, 349, and s. 941.01, Wis. Stats., and all subsequent amendments thereto defining and describing regulations with respect to vehicles and pedestrians and traffic for which the penalty is a forfeiture only, including but not limited to provisions for stipulation, conditions of deposit or bail, penalties unless another provision for such penalties, provisions for stipulation, conditions of deposit or bail is provided in this chapter.
