§ 38-170. - Overcharge of permit fees prohibited. No person shall charge fees in excess of those prescribed by ordinance for any permit to use any waters and grounds authorized in this article. Such unlawful and excessive charges shall subject such person to the payment of a fine and costs, and shall operate to terminate immediately any lease, contract or authority which such person has to grant permits or otherwise use the premises described in this section.
