Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 38-171
in effect§ 38-171. - Resale of City permits.
No person shall sell City permits pursuant to this chapter except City employees and licensees with whom the City has entered into a written license agreement. Licensees may sell such permits, as are required by this article, in accordance with the license agreement and the policies and requirements of the Director. Any license agreement entered into pursuant hereto may be terminated by the City upon notice to the licensee. The license agreement may authorize the Director to pre-sell said permits to licensees at the ordinance rate applicable to licensees. Licensees shall be independent contractors and not employees or agents of the City. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 26-8 of the Code, upon termination of a license agreement, the Director may re-purchase any unsold permits at the price which the licensee pre-purchased said permits.
