SEC. 19-70. HOTEL KEEPERS, ETC., TO REPORT INFECTIOUS DISEASES. When it shall come to the knowledge of the keeper or proprietor of any hotel, tavern, boardinghouse or inn that any inmate thereof shall be sick with smallpox, varioloid, yellow fever or any other infectious or contagious disease he shall forthwith report the same to the director of public health.
