905.04 - Adoption of rules and regulations. As necessary and appropriate, the Director may promulgate rules and regulations to carry out the express purposes and intent of this chapter. The Director shall promulgate proposed rules and regulations by filing the same with the city clerk for publication in the City Bulletin pursuant to Section 121.05 of Columbus City Codes.
